Well, it's been a while since I've written. That's actually for a reason. A lot has been happening to Tammy and me and we didn't want to publicize it until our immediate families knew.
First and foremost: Tammy and I are going to have a baby!!! The due date is May 18, 2005. Everything is going well, and everyone is happy for us. We're thrilled that this is happening to us and we can't wait to meet our new addition next year. We've nicknamed the baby "Boo" until we know what the sex will be.
Next, we're buying a house! We've been looking for a few months now, and we found one we liked so we put in an offer, and it was accepted yesterday. We've been living in the same apartment for nine years, so we're a bit sad to be leaving it (as weird as that may seem), but we're very excited and anxious at the same time to be moving into a new place. Hopefully we'll make it into a home quickly. We should close on the house by the end of the year.
Finally, we just returned from a trip to New York. It was the first time Tammy and I had been to NY, and we loved it. We met my Mom, Tiffany (my sister), Scott (my brother) and my Grandmother (all from New Orleans) at JFK and went to the apartment that is rented by my Uncle Malcolm. I think that's it for now. I think we have enough to keep us busy for a while :-)
