Ingredients:

6-7 red potatoes,
peeled and sliced (1/4 inch thick)

1 medium yellow onion,
sliced

1/2 green bell pepper,
chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper
-
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian
seasoning
-
3 tablespoons butter,
melted
-
1 1/2 pound hot Italian
sausage, cut into 1-inch slices

Heat oven to 375
degrees
-
Place the potatoes,
onions and bell peppers in a 1 1/2 quart Pyrex casserole dish.

Toss to mix ingredients
well
-
Add salt, pepper
and Italian seasoning to dish. Cover with the melted butter

Add the sausage to
the top of the potato mixture
-
Cover dish and place
in oven. Cook for 1 hour, or until sausage is cooked and potatoes
are tender
